St Heliers Scottish Country Dance Club Tuesdays $5
You are welcomes to join our club in 2025, dancing at the Kohimarama Bowling Club – 30 Melanesia Rd.
When: Tuesdays, from 7.30 until 9 pm
Start date: 18 February 2025
The cost is $5 a night, with the option to join our club, and the world wide RSCDS organisation.
Come and have a go – dancing to music is good for our fitness, fun and friendship. Supper is included.
What to bring – soft (preferably leather soled) shoes, loose clothing and a sense of humour.

Kohi Friendship Club Wednesdays
You are welcome to join our meeting on the second Wednesday of every month from 10.00 until 11.45am. Morning tea is served.
Meetings typically include a guest speaker or gentle exercises with Margo. Our speakers cover many diverse subjects. For example, last month’s speaker told us about an organisation which has small aircraft to fly to different parts of the world to assist with medical emergencies or weather-related incidents.
In addition to our monthly meeting, we meet monthly for coffee/lunch.
The clubhouse has ample safe off-street parking right next to the hall.

Wednesday Embroidery Group
Part of the Eastern Suburbs Community Arts, meetings are every second Wednesday from 9.30 to 12noon – the first and third Wednesdays.
Members share a wide variety of needlecraft activities – hand quilting, embroidery, knitting, crochet, tapestry, etc. and some of our women are very talented members of the Embroiderers Guild. We cater for all abilities and there is always someone on hand to assist or offer advice on projects.
Cost per session is $4/person with annual membership to the society at $25.00/year.
