Green and Bar Facility Hireage

If you’re a private group or business looking to celebrate a special occasion or enjoy some team building, try hiring our facilities for your next event.

We invite you to come and have fun at Kohi Bowls.  The setting is fantastic and it has a great vibe. 

Hireage which includes playing bowls, is generally limited to 50-60 people.

Ample off-street parking means you can drive up to the entrance and step inside.

Pricing and general terms are as follows:

• $25 [GST exclusive] per person
• The minimum hireage charge is $250 [GST exclusive]
• For non-business bookings, a deposit of $200 is required with your booking.
• Unless the Hirer has a party of 40 or more attendees, Green hireage is for a designated number of rinks. 
• Green hireage events must be completed and the premises vacated by 6.30pm. 
• We do not offer a catering service. You are free to bring your own food, use our FREE BBQ or book a food truck.
• We offer a bar service at club bar prices and you can run a bar tab. Our bar license does not permit you to bring any alcohol onto the premises.
• Check out our Event Calendar to see if the day/time you are interested in is available. We will endeavour to keep this calendar up to date but cannot guarantee that we do not already have another commitment for that time slot.

*** Please note, if you wish to hire our facilities for the November/December period, the minimum group booking is 30 persons ****

Exclusions: Our facilities are not available for on Saturdays due to this being a Club bowling day. Our facilities are also not available for children’s parties, 21sts and stag/hen parties.
